I present you: The Modern Grunge Template. This is the 106 template in the collection and I am pleased to say it's free to all of you to enjoy! It's... dirty, yet modern. I also included a text box as you can see, with sample text. 
Add this to the newspaper templates series! And it's free!
Here’s an idea… An interesting one actually. Replace this flag I have placed there with whatever you want. It could be another flag, a logo, a design, even a portrait, etc. I struggled to write enough instructions to be as easy as it can be for those who want to use this photoshop psd template and don’t know much about it.
