I certainly know from net surfing experience that many websites, and not necessarily, need a header or a banner with the owner's name on it. Without that it's not complete (and it looks horrible).

This header and banner series come to those who are in most need of them. I can't offer to many right now and although you can learn a lot from just these templates, there will be more to come, I assure you.
