[Modern grunge image] I present you: The Modern Grunge Template. This is the 106 template in the collection and I am pleased to say it's free to all of you to enjoy! It's... dirty, yet modern. I also included a text box as you can see, with sample text.

To change the text you just use the type tool. The editing is real easy, if you have any trouble, ask me. Feel free to comment in the Forum or on this article.
